I have a Galaxy s5 with updated apps. I have allowed all fitbit permissions. Fitbit will not show possible fitbit friends. The only friends I have are the ones I have asked to add me. I have allowed the app to have facebook, contacts, and email access. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
Hi, AFAIK you're only can add friends by either inviting them personally to become a friend or via a friend's request to add you as a friend. It does not automatically add your FB friends, contacts, etc.
Amazing that in 2019 we STILL cannot add friends! I read the forums-this has been an issue for YEARS! My friend is sitting right next to me and we just tried to add/invite each other. Took us 15 minutes just to find the settings. She never found me. I found her only under contacts and sent her the request. It will not let her accept my request. This is nonsense for an app where you are supposed to challenge each other...AND I would like to know how all the creepy guys I don't even know are able to and keep sending me friend requests!!
No it does not work like LinkedIn and why would you tell me that when I am trying to get support for a Versa? I followed all of your instructions and I cannot add a friend.
