Versa won't finish install after factory reset

I tried to put my Versa back to default factory settings.

but it won't finish the install. It keeps saying:

Can't install, try later.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. And then, if necessary, try a Factory Reset again. The hangup seems to be the clock face installation.
