I am trying to pair TOZO-T10 wireless bluetooth earbuds with my Fitbit Versa. All is successful up to the pairing process. The earbuds indicate they are in pairing mode. The Versa recognizes the earbuds right away and the display on the Versa shows "Pairing TOZO-T10" and the blue wheel spins but never complete the process where I would see the green check mark.
These earbuds pair and work just fine with my other devices (phone, tablet, etc). I've reset the Versa, insured the Versa app is up-to-date, synced the Versa to the app, reset the earbuds as per the manufacturer instructions. I even had a chat tech support session with someone at Fitbit, but they couldn't resolve the issue either.
Any suggestions?
