Bluetooth and my WiFi router are working. Tracker pairs with iPad, will sync but will not update. Even with the watch on top of my router it cannot find my WiFi. I took it to work with professional system and still no pickup of the WiFi. When I try Bluetooth, it shows about 1% update and then fails. I have a live altar on my Fitbit page. Any suggestions before I just pack it up and send back?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Perform a "factory reset" (not just a restart) and try again. My Charge HR had similar issues after a failed pairing. After an hour or so of troubleshooting, a factory rest had me paired and syncing on the first try.
