No messages received and now my alarm won’t turn off! I can’t swipe to see my results, steps, heartbeat etc. is there anywhere I can take my Fitbit to get fixed?

@Patricez, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the notifications, alarms and swiping issues that your Versa is experiencing, I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center. However, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issues got fixed after restarting your Versa as @SunsetRunner advised.
Please let me know As a side note, I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
