Versa won't go over 4.55 miles/overwrites syncing

I have been using Versa now for almost month and there a two big issues I have. One is it does not play well with my other Fitbit watches. If I wear another watch for the day and sync then the Versa will overwrite all my stats for the day. That is the biggest issue.

Second the versa will not go over 4.55 for daily stats. The watch will reset to 4.0 and as you keep walking it will get back up to 4.55 then go back down to 4.0. The only way to get the watch to go over the 4.55 is to sync it to the app, then the watch will show 5+.

At this point I have remove the versa from the app and turned it off. Will wait until there is a firmware up to fix the issues.

@ch15gd Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!  This is odd but you could try restarting your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Since you have already removed the Versa try setting it up again and see if this helps resolve the mileage issue. Regarding the stats I suggest you always sync your trackers when you exchange them so both are in sync with the same data (sync twice if possible with about 5 to 10 minutes between each sync for both devices).

Let me know how it goes!
