I opted to reset my Versa, through the settings for a factory reset, and it won’t go past this screen with different languages scrolling. The words say to start download the Fitbit app, which I reinstalled on my iPhone, and it still won’t go past the screen. My Versa was given to me as a gift, and i don’t know what to do. Please help

Having done a factory reset you will need to go through the setup process again.
Go into the account section of the app by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard. Then select "set up a device". Choose Versa and it will step you through the process.
