Versa won't hold a charge after swimming

Hi! I have had my Versa for a couple of years now and have never had this issue. I went swimming over spring break and now my watch keeps dying on me. I will charge it right before going to bed and by morning it is dead. I bought this watch specifically so I can swim with it on. Please help me fix this. Thank you!

It is probable that the watch has water in it. You can check by inspecting the windows on the back with a magnifying glass to look for beads of condensation.

This was an issue on older Versas, which don't like hot water and become non waterproof.

It may also be a fault with a watch face or the watch itself. Try restarting it [if that hasn't automatically happened by going flat]

If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
