Versa won't hold a charge for more than 24 hours

I have had my versa since late December, no issues with battery holding a charge until this weekend. I have to put it on charge about twice a day now.  Any reason why it isn't holding a charge? Nothing has changed on the interface.

Thanks but none of that helps, now it won't charge to 100% and I took it off of charge at 440am after being on charge for over 2 hours only charging to 99% and here it is now almost 4pm the same day, less than 12 hours later and the battery is down to 23%. Very little to no activity as i have been at my daytime desk job..

I have had my fitbit Versa for about a year and a half. All of a sudden last week, it just died. I tried restarting it several times, and finally the fifth time I restarted it, it worked. I had it charged all day, and it was 100%. I wore it for about 3 hours, while watching tv, and it died. It did not hold a charge. I have charged it 4 time since, and it will be 100%, and after 2 hours, 52%. I don't want to have to buy a new one, but I miss wearing it!

Same problem here.  It used to stay charged for 4 or 5 days and all of a sudden it won't hold a charge for 12 hours and I never changed the settings which could have caused a battery drain.  I tried the "help" options but it made no difference.  I purchased the watch in December and it's not even usable now.

My first Versa did this and would no longer sync with anything (tried android, windows, iPhone, etc). I was able to exchange it under the extended warranty my mom bought on it (it was a Christmas gift in 2018). My replacement Versa is now doing the exact same thing, and I've only had it since March.

Basically, the last firmware and/or app update broke a lot of Fitbit devices,  and Fitbit keeps saying they're working on it, or it's your fault the device doesn't work correctly. So either try to get a replacement if you can, or switch to an entirely different company if you don't want to worry about constantly replacing your Fitbit.

I’ve had my versa lite since Christmas 2019 and I’ve been having the same issue for the past few months. I don’t have any notifications coming up on my Fitbit, brightness set to dim and will only turn on when I press the button. I charge it to 100% and within 36 hours it’s at <10%. It’s frustrating because it was a Christmas gift and I’ve only had it 9 months.
