Versa won't hold a charge or read accurate hr

This is the second Versa I have had in two years.  Each time, about a year after purchase, something goes wrong with the heart rate monitor and the battery. This time the battery won't stay charged from a full charge 6 hours later. Frustrating to spend this much money to have to replace it every year.😠

Same happens to me. I've tried to get in touch with support but won't ge a reply. Small comfort that I'm not alone though..
