My versa doesn't hold a charge for 24 hours.  It used to hold a charge for a week.  Can you help?

Hi @Hefner , try restarting your Versa three times with the two buttons method. When this does not solve your battery problem, call Customer Support and ask a battery test. Regards kuzibri

Hi, press and hold the left and right lower buttons of your Versa together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Regards kuzibri

@Hefner welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is not lasting as long as it should.

In addition to the restart process that @SunsetRunner shared, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. After trying these tips, monitor your watch and see if the battery lasts longer.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

@Hefner thank you for getting back and trying the recommended tips. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them as @SunsetRunner advised.

Please check out your email account since they provided some instructions in order to follow up on the battery issues that your watch is experiencing.

I'll be around if any question arises.

I did what they recommended but I only have 25% charge left and it hasn't
even been 24 hours since I charged it.
