Versa won’t hold a charge

My fitbit versa worked well for almost a year, then yesterday it ran out of batteries mid day from a full charge.  Today it fully drains from 100% in 2hrs. i tried all the setting suggestions to minimize battery use, i did the factory reset and it still is rapidly draining.   I assume that the battery has gone bad, can we get a new battery or is there a repair service?
