I have had to charge my versa every 2 days now. I am not using any new apps or doing anything different. I also notice that it has been losing its sync with my phone multiple times a day which is annoying since I then have to manually sync it.

@Cpainter, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is not lasting as long as it should and it loses its sync with your phone. I appreciate the time spent making sure that you are not using new apps.
Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the batter life of your Versa.
Regarding the syncing issue, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. Also, try the troubleshooting steps that are described in this help page which are great in order to fix this issue.
