I bought a fitbit versa a couple of months ago it worked flawlessly until last week. Then it stopped holding sync with my phone. Could see the watch connect then disconnect from my phone repeatedly in the bluetooth settings. Went through all of the troubleshooting reset the watch, update the phone, turn bluetooth on/off. Eventaully fitbit sent me a replacement (refurbished) the new one is worse then the original. On my 3rd or 4th factory reset in a day and half. Still doing the same thing connects then disconnects. Can see in the app the versa shows syncing...looking...connected over and over. Because of the intermitent connection the notifications etc dont work properly. Extremely frustrated at this point. I have 2 phones both of which I have never had any bluetooth issues (connect bluetooth headphones all day, sync with car, speakers etc) both have the same issue. Any other possible solutions beside the general troubleshooting steps? If not how do I get my money back from fitbit for selling a faulty product?

No reply from fitbit? I thought they monitored these forums? Spent 40 minutes on the phone this morning with fitbit support now I am being told if I want the 2 day old replacemnt watch warrantied I need to pay to ship it from BC to Ontario. Why is a customer responsible for paying more money to fix a faulty product that is under warranty.
