Just recently my Fitbit started dying 4 hours after being fully charged. No matter what I do it will not hold its charge. I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques, factory resets, and turning things in a off. I only got my Fitbit in Dec 2018 and don’t know what to do now

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
