Now it’s doing nothing but sitting there showing the fitbit insignia

This started happening to me today as well. I caught it being anywhere between 5 to 10 minutes behind my phone.

It seems to only tell the proper time if I sync my Versa Lite with the FitBit app, but it doesn’t last long. At most, it stays correct for about 4 hours before it begins to fall behind again.

UPDATE: Support told me to do a factory reset. Upon completion, the watch almost immediately started losing time and was about 30 seconds to 1 minute behind my phone’s clock.

UPDATE: Seven hours later (basically, overnight while I slept), and the watch function is now 1 minute slower than my phone. It also no longer syncs back to the correct time when I open the FitBit app on my phone...

UPDATE: I just got a notification from one of my apps, and then suddenly the clock was telling the correct time after growing to 2 minutes behind. Not sure what’s going on here, but I reporting this if this information is helpful to Support.

Mine has been losing time for at least a week now, as long as it's on my wrist. If I'm not wearing it time keeps up perfectly. Haven't been sure what to do, and I can't afford a new one right now. 😞 was hoping the update would help, hasn't though.
