Versa won't log sleep or heart rate

My Versa is about two years old and it started to not log my heart rate and sleep a few weeks ago.   I have tried resetting it multiple times.  Then after weeks of no lights on the back of it a red light came on and stayed on for a week.  Then yesterday it started logging multiple steps when I wasn’t moving.   I don’t mean just a few steps I mean like over 45,000 steps while I was sleeping!! Is there any way to give it or is it time to get a new one?   I am disappointed if I need to get a new one because I feel like it should last longer then 2 years 😔
