My Fitbit is stuck. It won't move past the home page, it will charge but that's it. The light comes on when I press a button but the touch screen doesn't seem to be functioning.
I've tried to do a reset via holding the 3 buttons and it doesn't do anything at all. I've reset in the past as it's crashed before so it's unusual that it's not working.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi @HayleyJane, could you try something for me? Can you please sync your device?
If you can sync your device, please try picking a different Clock Face in the Clock Face Gallery on your phone app. I don't know why, but I've been reading about users who have had similar issues and have had success once they changed the Clock Face.
