Hi there @Heike79, welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for following the tips and recommendations I've shared in my previous post. I understand how important is to you to get your watch back in business.

Since none of the steps have worked so far and you've already made sure that your watch is no longer connected on your phone's Bluetooth settings, I'd recommend to performing a factory reset by following the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there @remi900, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa isn't pairing to your Fitbit account after performing a factory reset. I'll be glad to help you with this.

Please note that the difficulty you are having to set up your Versa usually happens when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. In order to solve this issue, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know if you need further help, I'll be around.

I have the same issue and followed all the steps. Versa is not responding. It won't connect either to my phone or laptop. My versa 2 is not even 1 year old and shouldn't have that problem. I need my versa to work again. My laptop will find my versa but can't get to sync.
