Versa won't pair and sync with my Android phone

Hi, there!

I've been owning a Versa for 3 months now and this week it started to make problems. I can't pair it with my phone (which has Android 6.0) or sync it. It doesn't work either on the Fitbit app or in the Bluetooth settings. I tried to close them both and reopen them again and it didn't work. I also tried to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it again but I got the same issue. Any suggestions?

Hi @NellyG! I have a Huawei P20 Pro. Thanks for the advice. I will see if it will work.
