Versa won't pair back after being removed from account.

My Versa has stopped syncing. I’m on an iPhone 8. It was dropping intermittently and I would need to remove the versa from the app and add it back to get it to connect. Now that doesn’t work. I’ve tried it all. Rebooting versa, phone, removing app, loading it back.

Thank you for the help, but I had tried all of those steps with no luck.  But, I think I may have found the issue.  Granted it's only been a day, but this is the longest I've gone without dropping the connection.  I had gotten a new phone (upgrade from iPhone 6 to 8).  My 6 was still on and connecting to the Versa (in the background, I think) and causing a conflict.  As soon as I removed the old iPhone 6 from the Security and Login>Manage Account Access, I was able to stay connected with the new iPhone.  Again, this may just be a coincidence, but so far so good.

Restarting the phone and fitbit usually fix things for me but when they don't I have had success by forgetting the versa in the phone's bluetooth settings.

Fitbit have a few more things to try in their troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SteveH, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@SunsetRunner, Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If after trying the troubleshooting steps in the link provided by @SteveH, your Versa is still having trouble setting up, please try the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then try to set up again.
  4. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  5. Try to set up again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
