Had my versa about 3 weeks. I always keep it connected to my phone, so when I noticed it had not paired in a couple of days I was confused. I tried pairing a few times, wouldn't connect. I tried restarting it by pressing the buttons, still wouldn't connect. App was up to date, phone restarted a few times still nothing. Factory reset my fitbit versa, unpaired, now won't even detect and its just blinking the fitbit screen. The battery on the fitbit was at 100% when I was doing all this. Now I can't even use it as a watch because its just blinking the fitbit dots.

Same here. My versa was giving me phantom steps, woke up with 248 already on my watch, and by the time I made it to work, 1790... very inaccurate. Did factory reset today, cannot connect. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, still can't. Restarted my phone, still can't connect my versa. Now my versa is flashing to download the app to get started... Seriously thinking about returning it and getting an apple watch... absolutely ridiculous. I've had it sine sunday May 20th...

If you think the AW is better at tracking I will tell you it is much worse. None of these trackers are 100% accurate.

Well I didn't get the Versa strictly for tracking. I think it is a given that most of the trackers are not accurate. But to literally sit in a chair and have 50 -100 steps added for no reason is ridiculous. The functionality with getting notifications, apps, and having ability to actively monitor my speed, HR, etc on my wrist was what attracted me to the Versa. Unfortunately, I took a long bike ride, the watch wouldn't connect to my phone, nothing tracked except how long and my HR. I'm not looking for a perfect watch, but to not perform as it is supposed to, is disheartening. I was quite excited for it.

Mine won't pair up either. Never has properly. They need to seriously fix this. It says it's connected but my phone says otherwise. Over it really.

Exact same here...I’ve dont all these resolution attempts.... no success. Mine won’t even turn on. All I can say is hope you never have to factory reset. Once I did that the stupid watch was never the same.
Bedt part is Best Buy doesn’t support the warranty so now you have to send it back to fit bit and wait for them to send you one. Let see how long that takes....
