Versa finds the headphones, says it's pairing but it keeps spinning saying it's pairing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sidcheryl.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with pairing your headphones to your Fitbit Versa. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After that try to connect your headphones again: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

I shut off my Versa and did the pairing function.  It just keeps spinning saying Pairing Mpow Flame but doesn't work.

Well it's now 2020. Did your team figure this out. I have had my versa 2 for 24 hours and I'm ready to get a return.

I have the versa and mpow m12 ear buds. I can see the headphones under Bluetooth settings add audio device, but the connection fails. I tried all the tips in this post and others. Are they incompatible?
