About a week ago my Versa stopped syncing. I checked for an update and one was needed. I started the update and it stopped mid-way. I turned my Bluetooth off and back on, but it could not find my Versa. I have removed the device from the app, and tried to add it back, but the Bluetooth is not finding it. No matter how many times I try. I just did a factory reset on the Versa device, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. That is not working either. Please help.

The phone I am trying to pair it with is a Samsung galaxy S10. This is the only phone my Versa has ever been paired with.

I am having the same problems I have the Samsung 9 Note and it has always worked on it but all of a sudden it wont sync, did reset on versa 2, turned bluetooth on and off, restarted phone and deleted app and reinstalled done all this several time but nothing works to get it to sync.

Mine is doing the same on my PC, don't have it on my phone.
