I charged my Fitbit and while in the charger the Fitbit logo appears but that’s it.

My Fitbit Versa is still not working 

when I took it out of the charger the logo disappeared and the screen went blank. 
I already did my first run of the year and now it isn’t recorded. 
I would really appreciate your help.
