I did a factory reset yesterday to try to fix the inaccurate steps/distance problem I've been having (so far it doesn't seem to have worked). But now I can not pair my phone and versa with bluetooth, despite trying several times, turning bluetooth off and on again, and turning the phone off and on again. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Edited to add: I figured it out. Had my phone forget the device in the bluetooth settings and then tried again from the fitbit app. It worked 🙂

That is correct @AmyK73 the user is unable to pass r a Fitbit to the phone, one uses the Fitbit app to connect the tracker to their for tbit account.
