I can't get my Versa to pair with my Droid Turbo phone. Is it not compatible?

Hi,

Yes, your phone is compatible (link). See list here for Motorola. 

I have a Droid Turbo too and it took several tries (at least 20) to connect last night to my new Versa. Charge your Versa at 100%. Continue to toggle your Bluetooth on and off and retry the setup. It will connect eventually and give you your pairing code. 

 

The updates took about an hour, so make sure your phone is fully charged as well. Also helps to pair away from any other bluetooth devices. I noticed that it worked in one room better than others with lots of devices.
