Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Good morning. I too, am having this same problem. Did you find a solution? My Moto will pair with the Fitbit, but the date and time are incorrect on my Fitbit watch and it won't Sync to update them. Thank you for any help. Lois

EVERYONE HAVING TROUBLE WITH MOTOROLA PHONES---- Just reset your Fitbit to factory settings (go to setting on the watch, about, reset to factory settings), then delete the Fitbit app from your phone. Install the app again on your phone, and set the watch up from scratch. It works!! I have a Moto G Power and it wasn't syncing, now it is!!!

I don't have the old phone. I sent it in for repair. So if its able to connect via bluetooth from Texas to Iowa then it'd be a problem. Since its out of state. That can't be the issue.

Didn't work. Now, phone says it's paired, but Fitbit Charge 4 is stuck at the restart screen after the reset...

Same issues with my versa 2. I'm going back to a regular watch. I don't need all the stats. I am lived without them most if my life, so I'm done wasting my time and money on a product that doesn't work. They just want to sell more products
