I will assist you with syncing your phone with your Versa . Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your deviceYou can find additional suggestions here.

I'm also having the same problem.  It has been since I updated my Iphone XS that it has been happening.  Sometimes it will sync then all of a sudden click back off.  My phone is always with me.

I have the same problem. I have fixed the problem three times now as indicated and each morning when I ask my watch to sync to my phone it just says ‘looking’. Come on Fitbit, this is getting tedious, it is time consuming and about time a proper fix was available! I had no problem with my previous iPhone 7.

I just purchased an IPhone XR and am having the same issuer. It pairs perfectly still with my 6S plus but nothing with my XR. No amount of trouble shooting has worked. I hope they give us an answer or other guidance.

Hi there. I finally managed to get it sorted having worked through all the suggested ‘tips’. It was the final one that seemed to help with a lot of hard resets and switching things on and off. I can’t recall the actual thing I did but I will find it and get back to you.

I have tried everything and I can receive all notifications with the exception of text messages.  Please provide guidance on what I am missing.

Mine has never gotten fixed either! All notifications still come in except for text messages… Pretty frustrating.

I am playing around.l with it and I think I got it to works. On my phone, I went to Settings, Notifications, Messages, Show Previews and changed that to Show when unlocked and it worked.

Thank you,
