Hi there, @kerryannglass71. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
In addition to what you've done, please try the steps below (while your Fitbit device is still connected to the charging cable and even if some of these steps you've done already, just follow them in the order listed):
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

all the attempts suggested. mine started after updating to IOS 16.6. not able to discover the Versa at all in Bluetooth. tried iPad also (not updated) but it didn't work either. tried changing to the google sign-in and still nothing. Out of ideas and all suggestions provided have not worked.

This didn’t work for me either. Could it be IOS 16.6? Mine tries to sync and then stops. Steps show and then revert to zero.

No Bluetooth is finding my versa at all.

I am also having this problem and have tried everything you suggested. Mine also is losing time. It is not 10 minutes slow and I have tried changing the time zone. Will this ever be fixed?
