Versa won't power on after factory reset

Soooo...I hit the factory reset button through the settings on my Versa.  I was doing the reset because the heart rate monitor wasn't working correctly.  I cannot get the Versa powered back on.  It did display 0% battery briefly when I tried to power it on.  I left it on the charger over night and tried to power it back on and it still didn't power up.  Any help would be appreciated.  Fitbit sent me this Versa to replace my other Versa that had the same issue with the heart rate monitor.

It didn't help.  I've been through the procedure several times.

Having the same issue here with my wife's device...  Factory reset then it goes to a cycle of continuing to reboot, gets the fitbit logo then black screen.  Plugged into a laptop and then it just keeps bouncing on and off...

Same here with mine!   This is a replacement and the exact same thing happened to my first one.  The first Versa lasted 9 months, this one is only  months old ........... Do I try another?

How long is the warranty?  I know we got a replacement after a few months when the first died...  We're over a year from the original purchase though...

I don't recall how old my Fitbit was when they replaced it. It was definitely over 6 months. It doesn't hurt to ask for a replacement.
