Versa won’t power on after factory reset

I’ve been having problems for a week getting my Versa to sync with my iPhone X so I went through all troubleshooting steps (ie restarting the Versa, turning Bluetooth on the phone off and back on, restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, trying to sync to my computer, etc) all to no avail. Decided to try a factory reset and now it won’t even turn on. I’ve had it maybe a year and this is ridiculous. Any help or advice (other than charge it or switch to Apple Watch) would be great.
