I bought my Versa a little over a year ago. About 6 months ago it stop coming on no matter how much you charge it. It works fine while on the charger, of course being on the charger you can’t use the buttons but all touchscreen activity works while it’s on the charger. I’ve tried resetting it but nothing happens.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't keep a charge when you remove it from the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it keeps the charge properly.
