Versa won't power on

I was gifted a few days ago a versa or a versa 2, im honestly not 100% sure. It has 3 buttons on it. My stepmother sent it to me from Florida as she had originally misplaced it and ordered a new fit bit. So it has been off the charge for a while. Ive left it on the charging dock since I've gotten it minus the times I've been trying to get it to turn on. I have tried holding buttons till a screen comes and I get nothing and set it down after a few moments of holding the buttons.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If your device has 3 buttons, then it is the Fitbit Versa because our Versa Lite, Versa 2 and Versa 3 have a single one. On the other hand, if you're experiencing charging difficulties, to better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
