Versa won't provide maps of my runs

I have a pixel 4 and the run does not get mapped.

 

When i select the run on the versa, it was connected to the phone with gps enabled. It populated all the stats but it does not map the run.

Hi @2020SagarJ, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't track your activity's map.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out and follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next running activities and see if it provides GPS data and maps properly.
