I'm not getting a sleep score and stages of sleep are not showing up, only the restlessness and awake/asleep are displayed. I tried putting it the opposite way so the sensor is on the opposite side of my wrist in case the hair was affecting it but no difference. It's been 3 days since I bought it and I'm yet to be provided with my stages and scores which is the primary reason I bought the watch. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @Anonymous...1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not providing sleep score sleep stages data. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep stages and sleep score data. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
