Sleep stats are not reporting on my Versa. Seems this has been the case since the latest update.

Hi @amykf73, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the sleep stats issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
Hope to see you in our Fitbit Community more often.

I've had a terrible time with my Versa over the past week or so. Not collecting sleep data, even though it's reading my heart rate when I go to sleep. But the heart rate monitoring has been very inconsistend - I've had to reset the Versa several times each day in order for it to start reading it again. My hourly activity tracker hasn't been correct on a couple of different days (X out of X hours active). And even though all of the settings are on to send notifications and vibrations for incoming text messages, I'm not getting them. Something definitely is wonky from the last update. It is VERY frustrating.

I'm experiencing the same issue, no heart rate or sleep tracking.

Hello Juan. I did not call and did not get a replacement unit. My Versa does not show active minutes either. The active minutes do not register at all
