so my versa wasn't syncing. I reinstalled the Fitbit app on my android and reset my Fitbit. Now I can't get past the set up part of inputting a number. It just says it failed! What the heck?!?!?! I am beyond aggravated right now.

I tried to remove and re-add my device. However, I’m receiving a server issue message. I hope I’m able to sync before noon tomorrow. I’m trying to beat my coworkers in the workweek hustle. I hope Fitbit can fix it soon.

same thing happened to me too. it wasn't syncinc and tracking my workouts, so I did all the recommended steps and finally tried to do a factory reset. now I am getting an error message saying setup is down currently. beyond mad!!!!!

I'm so glad I'm not alone! If I had known this was a major issue I wouldn't of reset my watch rendering it useless currently! I'm beyond aggravated.
I reset my entire watch, reinstalled the app on my phone only to get the server error. If I had known that I wouldn't of reset and still had a somewhat functioning watch.

it is working now and I was able to set it up as a new watch. but it still didn't log my workouts from earlier today and i'm +150 calories behind what I really am. Sooo mad!!!

@Calamity02, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't sync. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
@SuperCece, thank you for joining our Fitbit forums and this thread! Since you mentioned that you are getting a server error, please provide a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further. Please check out this post in order to learn how to add images to your posts. In the meantime, make sure to set up your Versa as a new device by following the instructions listed in this help page and see if the watch gets set up properly.
