Please assist.

i can not retrieve whatsapp messages on my versa watch

i have checked all the apps and they are correct

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor the WhatsApp notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.
