Please help. No texts or calls are showing on my watch. I've updated my Huawei phone. Re installed the app etc. I have no icon at top of my screen. I've checked app is working ok. But no notifications. Help!!! 😟😟😟😟

Hi @Bobailey, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped getting text and call notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
