i got a Fitbit Versa last night and had some trouble connecting it to my phone. Well it's finally connected to my phone (so I believe) but I can't get notifications for my Facebook To go on it. All of my notification stuff is on. Everytime I try to sync to it, it says " Sync: Null "

@Angelpi welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't receive notifications from Facebook.
In order better assist you, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows the "Sync: Null" message.
In the meantime, try turning off all the notifications and turn them back on.

Try disabling any battery optimization for the Fitbit app in the battery settings.

Delete the app first, then reinstall and do the battery optimization.
Did you try that way?
I'm having issues on my own phone, oneplus6T , just trying various options as well.
