I have rest my Versa , taken it off the Samsung 9 plus, reconnect it all notice is on but nothing. Help

Hi there @kaminer, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa isn't receiving notifications from your Samsung 9 Plus, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for already troubleshooting this issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue helping you.
Are you getting any error message when trying to set up or receive notifications? Keep in mind you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the do not disturb or sleep mode setting on your device. To change these settings, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
