Versa won't receive notifications from my iPhone

I am not getting notifications on my Versa.

I have done all the troubleshooting and community tips for iOS and still nothing. 
I have made sure all notifications toggles are on to sharing. I have changed Fitbit, messaging, calendar, etc to "When Unlocked".  I still receive nothing. No banner, vibrate, screen light... 

This has been my interface with work messages on my past android phone so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
