Hi! I have the Galaxy S8 & the Fitbit Versa. I'm having problems with getting text notifications on my Fitbit but I'm getting every other notification. It also says on my Fitbit to connect to phone but my phone and Fitbit are connected / sycned. Any help would be nice! I feel like I tried everything. 🙃

@Idkann welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting notifications from your phone. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the ones that haven't been performed. AFter trying these steps, check out if your Versa receives notifications.
