I am using a Samsung Galaxy S10e with the Messages app (version 11.0.00.109. I get phone call notices and my steps are tracking within the Fitbit App. However I do not get any message notifications.
I have restarted my Fitbit, resynced the prime within. The app and verified that the app was recently updated. I checked the notices settings on the phone and within the app and all seem to be correct.
Any further suggestions?

Not sure you read my entire post. I am not a Verizon customer, Message+ is for Verizon phones. I am talking about Samsung native message app.

Thank you. This helps. I was using Message+ but was having issues receiving
images when at home on my Comcast internet connection. May have to revisit
this again.

Hi all, I was on the phone with FitBit support last night - there is a workaround. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and experienced the exact same issues - everything synced except text messages. Yesterday's application update did not solve this issue. I installed Google Messages (no ads) and set it as my default SMS app, and I am now getting text notifications on my Versa 2 watch. The Google Messages app is identical in appearance. Once installed, you have to turn notifications off and back on to invoke. It's close to perfect. There were two reply messages that did not sync. Good luck!

Thank you, I'll give it a try. As far as turning notifications off than back on, is that in the fitbit app? Or the Google Messages app?
Also can you decline calls on your watch using the pre written messages? (yes, no, I'll call you back etc)

I turned notifications off then back on in the FitBit app to invoke. I can use the audio feature on my watch to reply to text messages. I don't know about phone calls but what a great question. The support rep also suggested turning message preview off then back on on the message app but hard to know if that made a difference.

Yeah, Phone calls are important to reject with messages, and it should work. But they don't in my case

I actually uninstalked Google Messages after one day. Very limited, and would not sacrifice communication experience because of incompetent developers. Fitbit, I hope you listen

I have gone through all of these steps. I even uninstalled the app. I get phone calls, emails but no text.
