My Versa is set to receive calls and texts. I have the notification on, but when I receive a text I don't get notified. I do get calls, but sometimes they read "phone" and not the person calling me. I removed the app and then added. I don't know what else to do.

In this case, I would like you to force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Versa, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can find the steps in this article.

I have done all the things that you have told Rhonda to do and it did not work for mine. I have been waiting forever for a reply. My ticket is 31023999 - it would be great to get this resolved!

Thank you for the information and warm welcome. I ended up turning off my phone and when I turned it back on I started receiving texts on my Fitbit. It's strange since this has. ever happened before. I had done what you said already and it didn't work until I turned my phone off and on again. Hmmm

Having the same problem.....tried all trooubleshooting steps suggested in this thread. I receive app notifications, calls (although it had only just said Phone) but no texts. looked in the app and texte are sent to messages (the app I use for texts). Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8

the problem is just with the Messages app. I switched the default messaging app to Messanger and was able to receive that. So I enabled Messages in the app settings (instead of texts) in the Fitbit app... still can't receive. Last text received was prior to the Versa update.

How did you get it to work? Mine messed up again. I am so tired of having this problem! I removed the Fitbit app and then turned my phone off. After turning on my phone I added the fitbit app. Yet again, I get call notifications, but not text notifications. I really wish Fitbit would solve this issue!!!!!

I am having the same issue again. I removed the fitbit app, turned off my phone (for a long time). I turned my phone on and then added the fitbit app again. I still am only receiving call notifications and NO text notifications. I wish Fitbit would solve this issue! I have a Versa.
