I just got my Fitbit Versa today and I can't get my headphones paired to it! They are new headphones and they pair to my phone just fine. My Versa paired to an Echo device without issue so there doesn't seem to be a problem there... I've made sure the headphones are fully charged and not connected to my phone, I've also restarted my Versa with no luck. My headphones aren't anything fancy-- they're JVC Marshmallow wireless headphones-- are there certain brands that won't work with the Versa? I keep getting a message that there are no devices found.....

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I suggest taking a look at the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and make sure those steps are the ones that you are following.
