Versa won't record active minutes

I have tried every suggestion on how to get my active minutes to record.. nothing has worked.

@Gummybears welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not recording your active minutes even though you have troubleshooted this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you tried. In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article

I’m having exactly the same problem, sleep didn’t record last night and today no minutes?? I’ve tried things suggested and still not working!

Last night my sleep information did not sync to my phone app.  Further, my first hour of steps did not either, although the hour is recorded on my Versa.  Lastly, my Versa no longer turns on when I roll my wrist to view the time.  Instead, I must tap the screen twice.
