Just got a new versa and its not recording full nights sleep.. it’s not recorded the last 2hrs ish and claims I was awake 23 mins in one block ( def not) it’s set right as far as I know ... is this something common ??

I would like you to make sure you're wearing your Versa correctly. If you slept in a position that prevented your watch from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
Also, check your Versa's battery level, if it's too low, it might not give you the correct sleep data.
