Okay so quite often I look at my fitbit sleep stats & it hasn't recorded my sleep at all that night, just tells me that I slept for less than 3 hours at 1-3pm that day, its fustrating because I'm really trying to monitor my sleep cycles & I don't want to have to remove my fitbit every time I doze off.

Hi @Tamsqueen, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not recording your sleep data properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.
In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks and records your sleep information properly.

The support response is nonsense. Restarting the device doesn't help, I've had the same problem and get the same response, unacceptable.. it's a cop out response.
